Description
The LGBT Center is looking for volunteers to work 2 to 4 hour shifts during the center's open hours (12:00 pm to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday or 10:30 am to 1:00 pm on Saturdays). Volunteers must be open, friendly and welcoming. Responsibilities including answering phones, greet and assist visitors, and a variety of office related task as needed. All volunteers will be asked to attend a 30 minute volunteer orientation. Background checks are required for some volunteers, based on the requirements of the position.
