Description
The LGBT Center of SE Wisconsin needs a volunteer to come in as needed to enter data into Donor Snap. Donor Snap is a Customer Relations Management software. The goal of this project is maintaining positive relations with consumers and donors so that people feel their investment in our mission provides real value in our service community. Accurate and timely entries need to be made reflecting donations received, volunteer hours worked, and data from events, names, addresses and contacts need to be tracked. Thank you letters need to be created, printed, placed in envelops, stamped and mailed. This person will work directly with the Executive Director to keep the data current and accurate. Volunteer time is negotiable some of this work can be done from home. A volunteer completes a Volunteer Application Form and attends an Orientation Session about the LGBT Center of SE Wisconsin. Donor Snap knowledge is helpful, but training is also available. We are hopeful that a qualified volunteer will surface to help us out.
