Helping Hand Volunteers
Helping Hand volunteers are just that; they are an extra pair of hands for the little everyday things the patient or family may may need. These volunteers may run an errand, relieve a family caregiver for an afternoon out, walk the dog, pull a few weeds in the garden, or simply stop and chat for a while. Your gift of time will lighten the load of everyday tasks that get left behind, or give the patient the extra one on one time that they would appreciate.
