Holistic Home Health Care & Hospice

Holistic Home and Hospice is a locally owned independent home and hospice care agency based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We currently serve the counties of Southeastern Wisconsin (Racine, Kenosha, Milwaukee, Washington, Ozaukee, Jefferson, Waukesha, and Walworth Counties.) Founded by registered nurses and health care administrators, Holistic Home and Hospice was born out of the necessity for more personalized and dedicated care for our patients as a whole- mind, body and spirit.

Holistic Hospice realize that hospice is not something a patient goes through alone. Family members and loved ones are also affected by the imminent loss of someone dear to them. Our hospice team at Holistic Home & Hospice offers to provide the necessary support for everyone in the household.
