We are looking for Volunteers to assist with our 2024 Gala Fundraiser Event.
On Thursday 10/31 we will need assistance starting set up from 9am-1pm.
On Friday 11/1 we will need assistance finishing setting up from 1pm-4pm.
Then during the event we will need assistance checking guests in & handing out glasses, selling raffle tickets for our 50/50 raffle & our mystery box, assisting event guests using their phones to place bids for our auction, and selling raffle tickets and other items.
After the event we will need assistance cleaning up, collecting and packing up our items, distributing auction items, and transporting decorations and more back to our location.
