The Racine County Meals on Wheels Volunteer Driver picks up meals at the designated pick-up site and delivers meals to the program participants on their route sheet. Drivers will report any concerns or problems regarding participant safety or if a participant is absent for delivery. Drivers will connect with Racine County’s Volunteer Coordinator regarding delivery days. Drivers typically drive once a week, though this is flexible based upon the driver’s needs.
Routes are typically 1 – 1.5 hours long.
