You will provide support to the emotional needs of patients by listening, being present, and responding empathetically to patient’s needs. Help patients find items that can distract them from the pain they may be feeling and create a more interactive and positive experience by providing crossword puzzles, word searches, coloring sheets, decks of cards, books, etc.
