Seeking compassionate and friendly individuals to join our team as Volunteer Patient Greeters. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that patients and visitors feel welcomed, supported, and at ease during their time at our facility.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism as they enter the facility.
- Provide directions and assistance to patients and visitors, helping them navigate the facility with ease.
- Escort patients and visitors to their destinations within the facility, such as appointment locations or waiting areas.
- Offer wheelchair assistance or other mobility aid as needed.
- Provide basic information about services, amenities, and resources available at the facility.
- Communicate effectively with staff members to address patient and visitor needs promptly.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
- Contribute to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all patients, visitors, and staff members.
Volunteers need to be at least 15 years of age.
