- Attend EcoFest at Gateway on behalf of RUGN
- Attend Orientation sessions at Emmaus and at Marquette Garden
- Work with Board President registering gardeners: record their info with B.P. and for your use at the garden
- Assign plots to new gardeners, current gardeners may keep their plots unless they request a new location
- Keep contact with gardeners, especially new people to help or advise as needed, encourage any progress
- Document contacts with gardeners when you have a concern such as little activity in their plot, encourage or help them After 2 warnings and no action, they can be “non-renewed”, ask for them to clean up the plot i.e. no mess for the next person
- Arrange teams to maintain the borders, mainly weeding. Volunteer groups can be used for borders but need to be supervised
- Inform gardeners when to clean up plots at the end of the season
- Divide the “End of Season Tasks” with the other two GM’s
