This free and interactive budgeting activity helps children learn to prioritize monthly spending through real life scenarios. As children take on the role of their parents and parents take on the role of their child(ren) each family must work together to meet their monthly budget. Each family has a unique experience as the children lead the families in prioritizing monthly spending which will include choices such as rent, medical bills, groceries, cell phone bills, college tuition, dental bills, entertainment, and more.
As families visit each station to pay their monthly bill they will have the opportunity to learn more about your programs and services.
