Hello Everyone, Racine Youthful Offenders Facility
Will be handing out Halloween Candy and scanning bags on October 31st in Racine. Children must be accompanied by an Adult.
Candy will be handed out from 5 pm-8 pm
Bags will be scanned for potential hazards 6 pm to 9 pm
