Who We Are

Since 1969, KAFASI has provided residents of Kenosha County with programs that meet vital needs within the community. Aging Services programs provide nutritious meals, affordable transportation, respite for caregivers, memory care programming, and solutions to loneliness for home bound people. Family Services programs support parents of all ages while addressing the needs of families with children who are at risk of abuse or neglect.

What We Do

Kenosha Area Family and Aging Services, Inc (KAFASI) is the largest provider of services for older adults in Kenosha County, Wisconsin and we also have the county's largest volunteer organization. Our Family Services provide parenting skills training and other support services to families with children at risk for child abuse and neglect. Aging Services Programs include: -- Meals on Wheels (home delivered meals) -- Senior Dining (congregate meals) -- Daybreak (group respite and activities for persons with dementia) -- Volunteer Transportation (ride to medical appointments and other trips) -- Friendly Visitor (visits to homebound elderly) -- Westosha Community Center (recreational activities for seniors) Information, Assistance & Access (first call to find services) -- Benefit Specialist (helping seniors with benefit problems) -- Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP recruits volunteers age 55+). Family Services include: -- Family Support (home visiting services for families at-risk of child abuse/neglect) -- Family Preservation (home visiting services for families with abused/neglected children)
