Who We Are
The Aurora Health at Home - Hospice provides specialized care for the patient with a limited life expectancy. Quality of life, symptom management and control as well as emotional and spiritual balance for everyone involved in the care of the patient is our objective for everyone involved in the care of the patient. We promote this philosophy through a team approach. A full range of services are available to meet the needs of the patient making it possible for the patient to remain at home. Hospice enhances the quality of a person's remaining life by promoting comfort.
What We Do
Aurora Health Care is a not-for-profit Wisconsin health care system. Aurora at Home Hospice is a part of the Aurora system providing care where ever the patient calls home. The Aurora at Home - Hospice provides health care solutions that enable people to remain independent with in their communities. We will provide innovative, individualize, integrated, high quality home care and be clearly recognized as the national home care leader.
