What We Do
Dedicated to educating and empowering women in the fight against cancer so they can be more proactive in managing their personal health care. The mission of the Foundation and our free-of-charge programs is to educate and empower women in the fight against cancer. The first community program was held in Racine in 1998. Since that time the foundation has expanded programing into Kenosha. Over 6000 women have participated in the 64 community programs we have held and over 1100 professional staff people have participated in medical workshops. As we reach many more women with current information about cancer and the importance of education and early detection, we recognize the value of that empowerment and the need to continue to assist women in managing their health care in an every-changing environment. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer with the Jane Cremer Foundation, please contact Rae Wood or go to the website and volunteer online.
