GREEK FEST

Greek Fest was named 2021 best family festival in Racine county last year. Annually we have a June festival, although the dates within June do vary depending on certain of our religious observances. We rely on the volunteers to help make this a great festival and with our aging parish we find we are in need of helpers from our extended community.

We are in need of volunteers to help us the weekend of our Greek Fest. Our volunteers will need to commit to a 4 hour or more volunteer schedule any or each day of our event. The Fest begins Friday June 27, 2025 at 5 pm to 10 pm; Saturday June 29, 2024 noon to 10 pm and Sunday, June 29, 2025, noon to 8 pm. We are a church and our Greek fest has been extremely important in raising the necessary funds to maintain our operations. Kimissis Theotokou Greek Church was established in 1916. We have been doing a public festival since the 1950's. Each year our festival becomes more integral in supporting the functions of our parish, making it a necessary part of our fundraising. Part of what make our fest so successful is the volunteer effort.
