Developmental Disabilities Information Services Inc.

D.D.I.S Inc. is a non-profit agency serving adults and children in the Southeast Region of Wisconsin who are diagnosed with developmental delays encompassing severe emotional or physical disabilities that create substantial limitations in pursuing daily activities. We currently have 13 staff that provide fiscal and social services to children and adults through contracts with Racine County, Luxvida and oversight by the State of Wisconsin and Social Security Administration. Our service programs include: Compass Wisconsin: Threshold, Family Support Service Coordination, Children's Long Term Support Service Coordination, Protective Payee Services, Daily Living Skills Training and Supportive Home Care Program.

The mission of Developmental Disabilities information Services Inc. is to respectfully deliver professional and individually tailored services , support and advocacy that enables persons with disabilities to live as independently as possible in the community while remaining safe. This agency was established in 1972 and has provided uninterrupted services to the developmentally disabled since it's inception. Currently our social workers and administrative staff have over 175 years of experience. Our staff turnover is very low. We have collaborated with many agencies in the Southeastern section of Wisconsin that also serve the population we work with.
