We are a caring community dedicated to the enhancement of the lives of our Veterans and their spouses through excellence in the provision of compassionate, state of the art, health care and residences. The Wisconsin Veterans Home in Union Grove opened in 2001 on the campus of the Southern Wisconsin Center. The 120 bed Skilled Nursing Facility (Boland Hall) opened in the Fall of 2006 and began admitting members on September 6, 2006. The Union Grove Veterans Home currently has the capacity to serve 235 members.
