Who We Are
Children's Service Society is a state-wide, non-profit social service agency. In Racine, we have four programs. Our child and family counseling program provides outpatient counseling services to children and parents struggling with issues such as ADHD, depression, trauma, and behavioral problems. Counseling may be provided on an individual or family basis. The Racine County Child Advocacy Center (RCCAC) provides a safe and comfortable place for children and families when there are allegations of abuse or neglect. The RCCAC partners with law enforcement and human services in order to provide these children with forensic interviews and medical evaluations.
What We Do
The mission of Children Service Society of Wisconsin is to build, sustain, and enhance a nurturing environment for Wisconsin children. Children's Service Society of Wisconsin was founded in 1889 to find homes for neglected and destitute children. The agency has grown over the years to include counseling programs, prevention programs, out-of-home care programs, and advocacy and protective services programs. In 2004 we became an affiliate of Children's Hospital of Wisconsin.
