Hands of Opportunity Childcare Center (RCOC)

We are qualified professionals in the early childcare field that provides services through Racine County.

We provide childcare services to Racine and Kenosha counties but what makes us unique is that 40% of our children our diagnosed with special needs. We provide a 100% inclusive environment for all children to succeed and build lasting relationships. We also house our birth to three services of Racine County. Our birth to three services provides services to families in Racine County through speech, physical, educational, and occupational health therapies to those families that qualify. Early intervention is the best for all children to succeed!
