Do you enjoy visiting and working with elderly and/or disabled adults? Do you want to make a difference in someone's life? If you answered yes, then become a Volunteer Guardian! It's easy and can be very rewarding.
Guardians make important life decisions and advocate for individuals who can no longer make decisions for themselves. In a few hours a month, you can make a tremendous impact on the quality of life of an at-risk disabled or elderly adult. A state offered free online course is required to help you successfully perform your role as a volunteer guardian. On-going support and assistance is just a phone call or e-mail away.
You must be at least 21 years old, complete the application which includes a criminal background check and take and pass a free 3-hour online course offered through U W Green Bay.
