Who We Are
The primary purpose of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center is to serve the recreational, social, educational and cultural needs of the Racine community. We offer programs such as sports leagues, card & craft clubs, field trips and holiday and seasonal events. We also offer various meeting and forums on issues of public concern.
El propósito principal del Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center [Centro Comunitario de Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.] es servir las necesidades recreativas, sociales, educativas y culturales de la comunidad de Racine. Ofrecemos programas como ligas deportivas, clubes de cartas y artesanías, excursiones y eventos de vacaciones y de temporada. También ofrecemos varias reuniones y foros sobre los asuntos de interés público.
What We Do
The Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center, is located on the northside of Racine. The King Center, formerly Breakthru Community Center has stood at the location since 1996. We are a hub for the community we serve, for services, programs and activities offered by us our other local and state agencies.
El Centro Comunitario de Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. es ubicado en el lado norte de Racine. The King Center, antiguamente Breakthru Community Center ha estado en la ubicación desde 1996.
