Who We Are
The Racine County Public Health Division (RCPH) is responsible for providing public health services to many communities in Racine County. We monitor health concerns of entire communities and aim to prevent health problems before they occur. As a Level III Health Department, we provide at least 14 programs or services which address at least seven focus areas identified in the State of Wisconsin Health Plan.
What We Do
RCPH works with the communities we serve on a broad array of environmental health, community health and preparedness programs to prevent disease and promote well-being. Hello Baby Racine County is a program that provides a nurse home visit for all parents of newborns in the community in which a registered nurse completes a head-to-toe checkup of baby, and provide support and guidance on the most common questions new parents have.
