Who We Are

SAFE Haven serves youth between the ages of 10 and 21 who are abused, neglected, have runaway, have been traumatized, or are in other crisis. We work with youth and their families to provide safe shelter, counseling, assistance, family reunification, crisis intervention, and other services as needed. Most of the youth we serve are from Racine and Racine County, but we will serve youth from anywhere that need our services. SAFE Haven provides a Youth Shelter for runaway, homeless and at-risk youth ages 10-17, a Middle School Engagement program designed to support youth and families who are experiencing truancy, an Outreach Program designed to find youth where they are and offer them information and support and to help them make wise decisions. We also offer supportive services to 17-21 year olds through our Bridge to Independence Service, and our Racine County Foster Child Scholarship Fund.

What We Do

SAFE Haven seeks to improve the quality of life for youth and families by providing safe living environments, crisis support, community intervention and education programs.
