Peace Learning Circles (PLC) is seeking Booster Facilitators for the 2014-2015 school year. The Booster Facilitator presents three follow-up "boosters" to a class after their participation in the Peacemakers Workshop. Each booster is about one hour and presented 2-3 weeks apart in the classroom. The boosters consists of a review of the skills that were taught in the workshop. Additional skills are also taught through fun activities and lessons. Prior teaching experience is not needed. A short training and a background check is required. Since Booster Facilitators need to review the workshop curriculum with the students, they must assist at a minimum of two workshops and observe each booster prior to their presenting a booster to the students.
